A legal disclaimer

If after reviewing the content of this website you proceed to book a stay at Lilac House, you agree to be bound by the published cancellation and refund policy on the booking site and further described in the rental agreement that you will be requested to sign on booking.  You are guaranteed free cancellation for 72 hours after booking, then additionally as further outlined by the agreement .  If you have any difficulty cancelling a booking, kindly contact Kathy at kathylilachouse@gmail.com, or by SMS text at (831) 588-8782. (preferred!). All individuals who book are encouraged to obtain travel insurance that will reimburse them for covered expenses and under covered conditions, as the cancellation policy must  and will be adhered to.
